    Vietnamese documents your RAG stack can actually read. It detects pre-Unicode TCVN3, VNI and VISCII text, converts it to Unicode NFC, and loads DOCX, XLSX, PDF, scanned PDF and legacy .doc through one call.

    0.982 diacritic accuracy across 96 hand-transcribed government documents, against 0.019 for the same reader with conversion switched off. Same files, same command, one flag apart.

    An AI CV tool for Vietnamese fresher and junior candidates. Upload a CV and it rewrites weak bullets, checks what an ATS will actually parse, and renders a clean template. Paste a job description and it tailors the CV to match, cover letter included.

    The ATS score is not a vibe: 15 published rules, each with a stated threshold and weight, aggregated to a number out of 100.

    A desktop pet that is the embodiment of a running AI coding agent. It digs while the agent runs a shell command, types while it edits files, waves when it wants your approval, and goes flat when it is rate-limited. A status display disguised as a toy.

    Milestone 6, driven by real agent sessions. There is no signed build yet, so today you clone it and build it yourself.

    A batch ad-creative pipeline for short-drama user acquisition. One brief expands into hundreds of ready-to-ship vertical ads, priced on three separate axes: pixels a model has to invent, lines read aloud, and everything ffmpeg can assemble for free.

    The first paid run turned one 4-second shot and 16 voice reads into 48 deliverables for $0.60 — footage only, because the voices are synthesised locally now. That is $0.012 a deliverable, against $15.84 for each one generated outright. The provider's own rate card is still unverified against an invoice.

How

Three rules the code is held to.

Not a manifesto. Each one exists because breaking it already cost something.

  • Vietnamese first, not Vietnamese last

    Tools built elsewhere treat Vietnamese as a locale to translate into. It is where the interesting bugs are: fonts that predate Unicode, diacritics that survive extraction and then get normalized wrong. Here it is the requirement, not the afterthought.

  • Wrap engines, don't write parsers

    A parser written here is a parser maintained here forever. viparse wraps well-maintained engines behind thin adapters, so an abandoned dependency or a CVE is an adapter swap rather than a rewrite.

  • Publish the number and the command

    viparse-corpus fixed its metric before it had a single result, and ships the script that regenerates every figure in it. A number nobody else can re-run is marketing.
